Wacky Willow Creations: ‘Create & Make’ hosted by Nurture Network

Join us at this year’s Fuse Festival in Beacon Park 12th-14th of July for one of the largest community festivals in the Midlands!


Nurture Network is proud to be hosting #Fabricoflife art installation alongside a range of inspiring family friendly events, kindly supported by our community partners. 


Ellen from Wacky Willow Creations will be joining us on Saturday at 4pm for a ‘Create & Make’ workshop, a chance to get creative & contribute to the ‘Fabric of Life’ art installation at the Fuse Festival, suitable for all ages.

Wacky Willow Creations offers mindful craft using natural materials that can be enjoyed by all ages. Our workshops teach you the art of willow making. Learn a skill, develop an art, have fun! Find out more!


Ellen the founder also offers suppprt & inspiration through ‘Mindful Parenting with Ellen’ helping other’s with those daily tasks while being eco friendly. She’s passionate about the environment and what impact we are having on it. 



Follow her on social media to gain advice support and ideas on how to live the life you would like while juggling children, healthy eating and being eco friendly.

How to get here


Lichfield District is in southern Staffordshire, convenient for Birmingham and the National Exhibition Centre. The M6 Toll also runs down the western side of the district and links the M6 with the M42. Visit www.m6toll.co.uk for charges.


By road


The A38 and A5 meet in Lichfield and provide direct access to the Midlands motorway network: M42, M50, M40, M5/M6, and M6 Toll.

There are two electric charging points in the Friary Outer car park – please view the car park map for the location.


By rail


Lichfield has two railway stations. Lichfield City Station on Birmingham Road is just minutes from the city centre. Just opposite the bus station, it offers frequent direct services to both Birmingham New Street, and Lichfield Trent Valley Station*.


Lichfield Trent Valley Station is about a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from the city centre. There are also frequent services to and from Lichfield City Station*, with services to Birmingham New Street.  It offers direct services to London Euston and the north. The station can be easily reached by car, taxi, or train from Lichfield City Station and offers ample parking.


London North-western Railway offers direct services from major cities, such as London, Birmingham and Liverpool to Lichfield Trent Valley station. Advance fares available from just £8.00 one-way when travelling from London to Lichfield.
